Our team of installers work in complete synchronization, so when the job is done, our clients will be more than satisfied with the end result. Installation is carried out according to company rules:

1. The employees of ” ADELE MONTAGES” Ltd. are dressed in uniform, observe personal hygiene and keep the workplace clean.
2. Our attitude towards the client is always benevolent, patient and polite.
3. Only go to the installation address with a fully equipped toolkit.
4. We issue the necessary payment documents to the client (receipt and invoice if needed) and at the end of the installation, we must fill in the "Protocol for completed installation”
5. During the installation, we make photographic material that contains:
   -Pictures of the room, before starting the installation;
   -Po 2 photos of each assembled item - a detailed photo and one of the entire item;
   -Photo of the room after installation.
   The photos are stored in the company archive.
6. We remove all complaints free of charge, if any and they are our fault;
7. We reimburse the customer for accidental damage to property during assembly/disassembly, installation/dismantling, spread / felted;
8. We always try to be as quick as possible when taking measurements for kitchens and respect the deadline of 3 calendar days from the date of application submission. In case of temporary workload, a change in the deadline is allowed 5 days;
9. The customer receives a guarantee for the installation. We care about our customers, that's why we guarantee the services provided.
